CTD after 40A update, even after complete clean install (Solved)

So ive not been able to use the sim since the launch of SU11, it gets to 60% through the initial load screen and Crashes to Desktop! I started with the usual empty comm folder, delete rolling cache etc, but didnt work, then followed the following articles:

I then thought, i will just have to reinstall, so uninstalled it in steam, redownloaded, still CTD
I then re-uninstalled, and deleted all msfs info under (program files x86>steam>steamapps>Common
i also went to C:/users/(my user)/appdata/roaming/mcrosoft flight simulator and deleted that entire folder
i honestly cant think of anywhere there is any other files on my pc
i uninstalled “microsoft flight sim, sim connect” from apps
i have latest nvidia drivers (systems 10900kf, 64gb, 3090, nvme)
then reinstalled and im STILL getting CTD!! im also launching in Safe mode most times (i did try Norm)

The only thing in the mentioned guides i didnt do was delete my steam profile, as i dont wana lose over 3000hrs. Ive also notice im far from alone with this issue in SU11. Any help is appreciated

If anyone has similar issue, i just opted into the SU11 beta. I personally thought SU11 dropped with the 40A update, hence the title, but i was on the Stable train, and entering beta allowed me to launch sim
