I can’t say I remember seeing this particular library mentioned in a crash dump before, but apparently its a thing.
I ran a forum search, and found this thread:
Hi, I get WwiseLibPCx64P.dll as the faulting module on startup. Can’t even get to the first spinning wheel screen. The simulator works once on startup (EDIT: only works if you start up the sim faster than Razer Cortex Game Booster can start ), then this crash every time until another restart.

Safe mode makes no different. Predominantly in VR.

Disable Nahimic Service and uninstall Realtek audio drivers .
