Ring your car-dealer and ask him “my car will not start, but I not moved it… what can I do” 
So… what is so hard to answer at least these simple questions from issue template ?
I repeat the important ones:
- have you checked you community folder is realy empty ?
- PC specs for those who want to assist
Additional infos are welcome like, e.g. MS-Store or Steam , what you have already tried beside of re-installing, etc…
