Ctd after SU13 update

after updating to su13, I receive CTDs after 4.30h/7h, the route was from Seoul to Milan. I tried with b787 and after 7h ctd, headwind a330 4.30h, again b787 with KLM livery provided by Asobo. I only have 2 or 3 harmless addons, latest nvidia drivers, removed xmp and no oc the error is

I have regular CTD’s too after updating to SU13. No idea why.

Same problem. I have never had CDT since SU13 update.
No idea why …

I eventually discovered that the problem was related to rex accuseason advanced but it was resolved with an update
