CTD AFTER UPDATE OF sdk

Brief description of the issue:

I downloaded the SDK and I am not using it at this time.
I start MSFS in safe mode and continue to prepare a flight.
When I activate the fly icon the program starts to load and then CTD.
I disabled and /or deleted all add-ons.
I downgraded settings from ultra to medium, same result.
I have 12th gen i9 cpu with 16gb ram and intel 3080ti with 12gb of ram.
