Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
no (can only test with the Bell 407 since I have the standard edition)
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
starting on a runway, pressing CTRL F10 does not lead to a CTD
Maybe just an issue with the Premium Deluxe version ? if some users that have it can still reproduce ?
