Description of the issue:
Career mode - on mission - approaching KPHX I clicked in the EFB on the IFR approach for the runway I was assigned (avionics didn’t set from EFB) - immediate CTD.

1.Select B738M mission
2.Skip to descent
3.Click on an approach plate in the EFB
(Note - no clue if steps 1 and 2 are required). Was in VR mode using Meta 3.
