The CTDs in D3D12core.dll keep happening to me, after all Windows Updates mentioned above.
I had them too, suddenly.
Recently I deleted my graphics drivers with NDU, switched to Nvidia Studio Drivers (latest) en this time went without Nvidia App, just Control Panel (so no overlay in sim). Haven’t had a problem since. touch wood

I’ve also uninstalled Nvidia app and after all suggestions by @TenPatrol probkem was solved. Anyway this was only happening with MSFS and not with other games

Run the following commands (w/admin rights) and when all completed successfully and without error/s. In the following order:
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
RESTART computer as the last step.
