Brief description of the issue:
Steam version: the game is constantly crashing during the loading, roughly a few seconds after programs defined in exe.XML are launched. (It crashes even when removing these programs)
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Load the game.
PC specs and peripheral set up:
CPU: Intel i7-6700K CPU
GPU: Asus Strix Geforce 1080 A8G
RAM: 32GO, game installed on a SSD
Flight sim hardware not connected to the computer during my many attempts

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Since SU12.
I also deleted all fs-base packages and redownloaded them (roughly 80GO). The game worked once. After this sole successfull session the game crashes on every loading 100%
Same then with all folders not updated since SU12, and then finally all folders updated the day of SU12. Still crashing
Edit: fixed after a full reinstallation but wish it was not required
