CTD in Career Mode on Xbox Series X near end of mission

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Since the update a couple of days ago, and since the hotfix for CTD when entering Career Mode, I have been unable to complete any Freelance 172 cargo missions.

The game will either freeze then CTD when turning onto Final, or, will give an ‘Unexpected Error’ when parked and about to shut down engine.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Career Mode, freelance 172 cargo mission
2. Crash either approaching Final, or after landing before shutting down engines

Wee update, I managed to complete a mission this morning. Will update again after a couple of flights this evening. Possibly resolved

It was addressed with a server side fix yesterday. I too was having the problem after the client patch. It’s working fine now.

However there appears to be some problems with an egregious Dutch Roll for the C208 Grand Caravan.

This one isnt resolved after all. Managed the one flight in a 172 this morning. Bought the 208 tonight, attempted first mission and got ‘Unexpected Error’ just as I was pulling into the parking spot.

Two hour flight… crashes 10 seconds from shutdown. Please make it not do this

That’s a different issue than the one that they fixed. The one they fixed did a CTD when loading into Career Mode. Couldn’t fly. Couldn’t even get to the management section for your company. You’d see the scene of your pilot in the hangar and you would CTD.

Unfortunately the one you are experiencing is obviously ongoing. Check out these bug reports and add your voice to them.
