Bear with me here, but another user pointed one of these out, and it was to do with autogen scenery in the area. The problem went away when you set autogen building quality to Medium, or lower, and they created a mod to mask that area out.
Could you try altering your graphics settings to Medium, or lower, and re-test please?
It may not be this, but it would be an interesting tort all the same.
