CTD in VR

Brief description of the issue:

I always launch VR after MSFS main menu loaded. After selecting aircraft and airport I press “Fly”.
Either the loading screen freezes or I get a CTD

UpDate 11 CTD when loading while in VR using HP ReverbG2, Once Flight is running in 2D I am able to ctrl + Tab into VR and fly as usual. Pause does not CTD or go into options while in paused condition. CTD happens when a flight is complete and loading back into the menu screen while in VR. I switched between DX11 and DX12 Same CTD condition. Lower resolutions Same CTD condition

It took me long time. After deinstalling OVR Tool Kit the pr5oblom is solved.
