CTD on clicking Fly with A310 after clean install of MSFS

Yes, clean install of MSFS.

CTD when clicking fly with A310 selected.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Install MSFS. Select A310. Click Fly.

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

Seems to have started getting CTD after the very latest updates a few days ago. I am using the latest version (non beta)

No fault bucket

After start MSFS 2020, delete the rolling cache file, in data options, every time that you want to fly A310. Optionally, you can disable rolling cache (delete the file anyway).
It seems that there is an issue between Inibuilds A310 and the rolling cache.
