CTD to desktop

Good morning, everyone! Unfortunately, today there are once again problems with the simulator.
I don’t have any additions in the community folder, everything is cleared. I also reinstalled the entire simulator to isolate problems while downloading the update.
I also installed an older driver for the graphics card, unfortunately the simulator still crashes to the desktop.

Computer Specification:
Intel i7 10700k, 64GB RAM DDR4, RTX3080, SSD 1TB m2, Win10 Pro 64bit. None of the components have ever been overclocked.
