CTD when clicking on second monitor ( used for Maps and Pilpt2ATC v3 )
Hi @CHKZIPILOT,
Thanks for your forum post. Could you please include some more information for your issue? I don’t think the forum community will be able to provide a tremendous amount of help due to the little amount of information provided.
Thanks

While Using MSFS 2024 on main default monitor ( connected to DisplayPort), I am Using other application such as charts, Pilot3ATC v3, beyondATC on a second monitor
( extended desktop on second monitor using HDMI), if I click on secondary monitor while MSFS 2024 is running, I will get a CTD.
Hardware;RTX 4090, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900K 3.00 GHz, RAM 64.0 GB, Windows 11 Pro 23H2.
I’m experiencing the same issue. I connect my laptop to a external monitor connected with HDMI cable. I tried restarting PC, I updated drivers still nothing?? I’ll try connecting with a DP cable or something else if I could find anything now. When I do find another cable I’ll report back. For now it’s gaming on a 18" albeit mini LED laptop monitor, instead of my new ASUS ROG PG32UCDP 32" WOLED laptop specs; MSI Raider 18" 285HX, 5090, 64GB ram 6400t/s. No more CTD. UPDATE; I changed from HDMI to Thunderbolt 5 Display port but still had issues. was advised to run DDU in safe mode clean out GPU drivers and I reinstalled the already downloaded driver once system rebooted. All fixed. got a little performance boost as well:folded_hands:
