CTD when loading a saved flight

I’m trying to do a single save cross-USA flight but since the latest update, when I go to load a saved flight I get a CTD. I can repeat this every time. Is anyone else experiencing this?

`In the world map, I load a saved flight plan. The flight plan comes in. when I click on 'Fly" the program closes without any warning.
