Well, wouldn’t you know it. The CTD’s went away after doing a Microsoft App store update that resulted in a bunch of updates. I think the most likely candidate for fixing this was an update to this:

Windows Web Experience Pack MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_cw5n1h2txyewy 421.20070.565.0
