CTD with no error DURING NEW ACTIVITES SCREEN since Sim Update 13 [1.34.16.0]

Brief description of the issue:

My Sim has been running (relatively) fine for the past year however recently it will not load past the New Activities Screen no matter what I do. It simply closes to the desktop with no error message.

Simply trying to load the game results in this issue. I have tried: Restarting my PC; A Fresh Install of MSFS2020; No Addons/Community Folder; Unplugging all of my Peripherals; Checking for Windows Updates; Checking for Sim Updates; Multiple different NVIDIA Graphics Card Drivers; Running as Administrator; Running in Compatibility Mode; Running in Safe Mode; A Fresh Install of Xbox App; Starting the game through the Xbox App; Starting the game through NVIDIA GeForce; Windowed-Mode rather than Full Screen; and much more!

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

I have the latest NVIDIA Graphics Card Driver - GeForce Experience 545.92

PC specs and peripheral set up:
