CTDs after 20-40 minutes of flying

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
No.

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons? If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the Community Support section.
All the mods/addons are disabled, no community folder in the game directory, only official.

Brief description of the issue:
Crashes without an error after 20-40 minutes.

What I’ve tried:
Disable all the addons, didn’t work

Disable Antivirus (Windows Antivirus, didn’t work)

Monitoring temperatures, RAM usage, temperatures are fine, no thermal throttling, RAM used usually 10 / 16 gb.

No overclocking, everything is disabled in BIOS from the factory, as it’s a laptop, I can’t overclock it.

Different NVIDIA Drivers, didn’t work for me. I’m having this issue with any driver I install,

I’ve tried the same for Win10 and Win11, reinstalled in many times, just nothing on in, only MSFS (Of course I didn’t delete anything from the fresh windows, all the apps are present, GPU driver installed and etc)

Visual C++ redistributive didn’t work for me either.

System I use:
Lenovo Legion 5i Pro 2022, RTX 3070TI, I7 12700H, 16gb RAM, the MSFS is on NVME.

Have you got any problems in other games?
No. I played other resource intensive games, no crashes, problem, poor performance and etc, even tho the CPU and GPU were used more in those games, than It’s in MSFS.

I can also show my graphics settings, some of the things are on medium, some of them are high. TLOD is 100, Object level of detail is 100.

Thanks!

Forgot to mention, I fly in 2560x1600 resolution.

I was having this problem, and I think I solved it, by changing in general options from DX12 to DX11. I’m not sure, because in my last flight, it freezes the computer, and I’m not sure if it is related.

I use DX11 as DX12 gives me poor performance.

Open a command prompt with admin rights…

Go through each of the following steps one at a time. Copy each line, one at a time , paste it into the Dos window (crtl + V) and press return

and it will then run. Wait until each runs and finishes before you move on to the next one.

When you are completely finished, Restart your computer and then try to see in MS2020 will start and run properly

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

RESTART your computer as the last step. Then go for a test flight.

Did it and tested. Crashing with no addons either.

Is there a way to contact direct MSFS support so they can help me? I’ll obviously leave the post here so if anyone replies to it, I’m gonna try their solution.
