My sim CTD before main menu is this … I have several of kernelbase, and servers faults, and ntdll.dll in log file also… but I have this MSFS CTD as the screenshot shows.
I have massacered a lot of my community folder via MFS AddOn Collector and deleted so many files in the folder that stores the files which is send to community folder. All list to try to avid a CTD from installed into community folder. I thinks I have removed what I have installed the last week or to… But I am still unsuccessful. I have done the suggestions like SFC Scan now… .windows update etc…
This is the usual drama of removing the all the scenery installed and start all over.
And what I sadly have to do. Often this has to be done at each update.
And it shows a huge problem with flight simulator, well all former flight simulators.
THERE IS NO IDENTIFYING TOOL OF WHAT CTD THE FLIGHTSIMULATOR
It’s really a huge problem and give a high load on simmers.
This is actually of the most importance to create this tool.
Everything is logged and to “take a picture” of the sim and make a description when it ctd is of the most importance.
I cannot understand why this tool wasn’t created in the FSX days.
We need to take the pressure of the “CTD terror” simmers shouldn’t need to be programmers.
I will continually raise this issue because I have said it before and to my chok and bewilderment I cannot understand why this hasn’t been first priority.
It will help Asobo as well as it would be such a change for simmers.
Just got a supercilious reply back from MS telling me to check here before posting! What the hell do they think I’VE BEEN DOING! NOTHING WORKS! I’ve stressed tested (Unigine stress tests and XTuner) my system and it passes with flying colors. SFC finds nothing, Flight Sim Repair does nothing, yet with one update, I’ve gone from HIGH with a few ULTRA settings at 32fps to Medium-LOW at 54fps and it still CTDs. Plus the scenery now looks like garbage with the lower settings.

If the answer is delete all and reload, then maybe X-Plane will work better.
