mainly gpu driver issues… what I remember there was issues like flicker , not enabled gsync, crashs too. Also some time depend on the kind of monitor ( e.g. a G9 ). But as mentioned, I not expect that this is the issue for the OP and main topic is for me still “no FPS limits” ( manually or per Vsync max ).
