Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
If I use mouse cursor to interact with a cockpit dial/instrument/switch - say in the lower right part of screen - and then afterwards look around the cockpit using Xbox controller right stick, there is an invisible “cursor” located in the same position as last mouse cursor location (lower right of screen) that unexpectedly locks onto cockpit switches etc creating undesirable interactions.
