My mistake! It’s runway 32, not 28. That’s what I get for writing the note from memory. I did follow the localizer to about 500’ AGL, realized it was not aligned, and broke off to line up with the runway, so I know the mis-alignment is real. It’s easiest to visualize the problem in LittleNavMap. Upon further investigation, the ILS mis-alignment could be a Navigraph problem. LNM defaults to the Navigraph database for ILS, and I didn’t change the default. FS2020, however, would not have been using the Navigraph database, and the aircraft was definitely coming down parallel to the runway. This does not appear to be a frequently-visited airport. I only learned of it through the TV program “Ice Pilots”.
