D-PAD on controller should open a menu for better controller usability

I think there should be a menu accessible with D-PAD on a controller. Similar to Rocket League quick chat if you’re familiar with it. There can be 4 categories accessible with 4 D-PAD buttons and inside each of them there can be 4 options (or even nested categories if 16 options on D-PAD is not enough).
