Soon after the DA62 took off, the entire PFD screen would be black, as if the power was cut off. I tried it under any circumstances. Other airplanes do not have this phenomenon

If other G1000 planes don’t have any issues, then your issue will likely be electrical. Don’t forget that each engine has a generator/alternator switch just above the starters.
