It does work in 2024, MTMxr is just saying that it’s a port of the 2020 DA62, it’s not coded to 2024 SDK. I have all three mods in both 2020 and 2024 - JTA, DA40NG and DA62X. They work just fine.
What’s a port of 2020, the mod? The da-62 comes with 2024 so i assume it’s a native 2024 plane. There’s walk around and enhanced graphics and everything. I’m not quite following how the mod works with the da-62 if it doesn’t work in 2024. unless you’re saying you need to pull the 2020 version of the da-62 into 2024 for it to work? So you have 2 da-62s?
If you think the default plane is more enhanced, then don’t bother downloading the mod.

That’s that, the FS24 model cannot be changed at this point due to encryption on its files, but the modded 2020 model is still functional in the game - so you have to pick between the two
Yes the Mod uses the Asobo 2020 version of the DA62X.

No, you don’t need to force import of the FS2020 model, it will work just fine. Just put the correct version in your Community Folder.
ok i think i’m starting to understand. however how do you get the 2020 da-62 into 2024? is it included in the mod download file? i thought the mod was just the modded system files, not the entire plane. maybe thats where the confusion is coming from.
MTMxr’s mods for ‘24 do use the full 2020 models.
