Data Interface

Hi, I am currently writing a private app with which I want to control the aircraft controls directly and without UI letters. That should actually be the same file / interface that other external hardware uses. I would also like to read out some data, such as the current altitude, speed and direction.

Can someone tell me where to find these data / files and is there maybe a file description?
