Thanks to all who have responded to this topic. I believe we now have a solution. Looks like yet another ‘Assist’ bug. I have disabled ALL assists associated with Prop Pitch, Mixture , Landing and Take Off. Not sure which one was the culprit, but the DC-3 now behave more or less exactly as Roy Chaffin’s C-47 did back in the day.
