Yeah, minimum airspeed required for touchdown in a f-15 should be 156knots, with 8 degrees AOA, and that airspeed will increase as function of your current gross weight. F-14, F-18 are carrier based roles so you can perfectly land them under 140knots even weighter than f-15.
I always recommend start your approach at 220knots with full flaps and landing gear extended and start reducing slowly.
