When will the 2020 updates be complete?
Some of us - myself in this case - only have FS2020 and sure appreciate the continued development. I refuse to buy FS24 until it looks like an actual release candidate.

It’s not too bad, try SU3 beta. Most developers’ planes that I’m flying at least are working fine.

How many of you Tomcat lads are on the SU3 beta? Do you find that the DC F-14 really brings performance down, especially in PG heavy cities with lots of live traffic and weather?
Updates to this bird couldn’t come sooner. Just wondering what others’ experiences have been on Series X + DC Tomcat + SU3 beta

Is kneeling on Xbox still unavailable, or am I doing something wrong?
Kneeling was removed as it was conflicting with the auto kneel function of moving carrier products

Aw, no more ‘bowing’ at air shows…
Unfortunately not. The kneeling alongside the auto kneel and launch on some carrier add ons was causing the back wheels to lift off the deck. The auto kneel was too far encoded in the carrier mechanics to be removed so the oleo animation removal was the best and simplest solution to the problem.

I remember a Pt Mugu air show in the 90s and, when the Tomcat pilot was back on the ground, he made his plane bow at the crowd. I remember doing that myself in FSX. Well, not all progress is more. BTW, I’ve not tried the kneel in MSFS.

Sorry for the rookie question, but Tomcat cat trap from carrier is possible only with add-ons like Supercarrier from Miltech? On Xbox
Hello fellow Tomcatters. Any native 2024 updates to the Tomcats yet? I mean high time I think.
Not yet, unfortunately. I think the Su-27 was first up and is still ongoing last I heard. I am still hoping for a hotfix for the F-4 texture issue that came with it’s last update, but that’s been a couple months now.

There’s no update on their FB page after Jan 15, isn’t that odd? I think some of their planes should have gotten the native update by now.
Had not flown it in a long time. The manual wing swing control is not working now? And now it’s only full extended or full sweep in flight, no in between? I hope they update that.
