A truly great update my friend, The F-15E strike Eagle suffers from quite bad performance on the Xbox Series X though. It’s a bit of a stutter fest even in remote desert area’s such as the sidewinder route in California.
The F-15C and D are both fine. Is anyone else experiencing bad performance in the “E”?

I have experienced some stuttering on series x.
But i put it down to a busy server as it not happening all the time.
Try turning off AI traffic it worked for me
Yeah I definitely did turn Ai traffic off, for me the Stuttering is definitely F-15E specific.
The F-15C and D are butter smooth by comparison
i have a fuel problem with the update on all The eagles. i`m stuck on 100 percent fuel. still flies well though as i have my local D model back. on the xbox , i await the fix so i can get my lightweight scooter back
I checked the Eagles last night while investigating the fuel tank issue - fuel was working fine in terms of being able to select it so I can’t reproduce that. HUD was also centred and seemed okay. Stuttering is I suspect caused by the fact that the F-15E has eleven screens in total in the cockpit - it generally does well on framerates when that’s taken into consideration
I have asked Sim Acoustics about the missing sonic boom and AI sounds. They’re on holiday at the moment but I’m sure they will update the sound files when they return.

Without being overly dramatic, the F-15E does seem borderline unusable on the Xbox Series X from what I’ve experienced thus far.
I’m very interested to hear what other xbox users have to report.
Thanks for the response on a Sunday, ( seriously youve earned at least one day off dude lol)
Il see later if i can tweak my head position to compensate as its not a game breaker for me im happy to be back in the type D and rolling again o7

Do you mean that when you try to reduce the fuel by the sliders it just goes back to 100% when you let go?
If so I had this problem. I logged out of FS2020, then ‘Quit’ the game and then ‘restarted’ the console. Fixed the issue for me.

Are the MFD’s in the F15E WSO cockpit suppose to work? Mine are always off.
They are supposed to work both in E and I but not the buttons
Any idea for a fix? Also my rudders are not moving, I can steer just fine one the ground but rudders are not moving. In the air I have no rudder controls.
I just noticed when I start cold and dark I have no working MFD’s in rear cockpit and no rudder animation. When I start on rwy MFD’s and rudder works fine!
Just a quick question. Im probably being blind or i just can’t see the woods for the trees but with the type D, on the right side keypad for entering data. Where is the DECIMAL POINT BUTTON?
In the E type its a separate button but i cant find it on the D type? Have pressed all the alpha/numeric buttons and it wont give a decimal place while entering nav frequencies.
Like i said im probably blind but could someone point it out?
Mant thanks. o7
is the “enter” key. Short press is “.”, long press is “space”.

It’s probably a good thing because working MFD’s in the rear seems to tank FPS, it would be nice if we had a button to turn them On / Off
Thank you very much indeed👍

Apologies if I’ve missed it already but how do you shutdown the engines?
I’ve operated all the same switches used to start it but it keeps running.
Even using the controller shortcut for engine stop doesn’t work for me.
