Hey guys. I am sure you are veterans of software launches and know the heat any new product can bring, but I just wanted you to know that the vast majority of people are loving your work, and we really appreciate the long hours you guys are putting in. Sometimes it is hard to hear our voices over the very vocal minority, but what you guys and gals are creating here is simply amazing and I want you to know it!
This is truly a ground breaking product and I am excited to see what new and exciting features you have in store for all of us in the future.
There are plenty of people successfully enjoying the sim, most are probably not even visiting this or other similar sites - because they are simply using the sim. I honestly feel bad for those with genuine issues preventing them from using the sim at all, but they will shout loud, those without problems for the most part won’t say a word.
The sim clearly has issues, however the devs are looking into them and releasing regular patches. The situation is not ideal, but they are clearly working towards solutions - give them a break they cannot replicate, trace and fix every bug/issue at once.
@ScornfulZoo2563 isn’t alone. I have my issues with the sim, but I am enjoying it, and I trust that the developers will resolve the worst problems. They seem to me to be genuinely motivated to make things work. I’ll continue to enjoy what works, and watch for the fixes and improvements as they are released.
They’re not alone, I also appreciate the hard work from the MS/Asobo team. Then again I’ve been lucky in that I’ve never had a single crash, and I’m only interested in flying GA VFR so everything has more or less worked as advertised for me from day 1.
I’m sorry that not everyone is getting what they wanted out of th sim including you, but know that there are those like me who are perfectly content with the way things are going. I hope you get to be happy with the rest of us soon, there have been enough horrible goings on in the world to be upset about as is.
