Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
Exact same issue. Seems to happen at European SIDs more than others.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
When it inserts the decel point, upon take-off it goes directly to approach mode. Try my flight plan in the screen shots usin high alituded airways and the SIDs, Star and approach.
