Decreased ground texture resolution on the weekend

Could someone check if their ground texture resolution is decreased on the weekend when flying through new areas?

I have been flying the whole week thanks to quarantine and only now on the weekend I noticed a big decrease in resolution. I am wondering if that is because all my neighbours are now using the internet (yes its a thing in germany) or the servers are heavily under pressure from more people flying on the weekend.

New areas are a poor way to judge connection quality. The texture quality is so different all over the place, varying from great to bad, depending on the imagery available that you should only compare (uncached) areas that are already familiar to you.

I did a flight a couple of hours ago west and south of Darrington, Washington, and the textures were fine and highres.
