Default Cocpit Camera at Startup

Brief description of the issue: Have lost my startup view in Cockpit Camera. The view is now some random image of the copilots instrument panel

The position is moveable by sliders in the “General” - “Cockpit Camera” section of “Options”.
Height, Horizontal Position, and Zoom are the settings.
