For your info, the forum rules state only “English” is allowed, and the moderators are very strict on that.
However, having said that, ensure that “Bing Data World Graphics” is on in your Options-General-Data section.
As stated above, according to the Code of Conduct English is the official language of the MSFS forums and must be used in all categories except for #multiplayer. If this gives you trouble, feel free to use a online translator.
In addition to what TheSevenFlyer mentioned, have you installed any mods or did something with files otherwise? Some mods use global files (files that the base of the scenery uses), that can alter the way the sim looks significantly
