Delay (or something) when looking around

When I look around in the cockpit, there’s often a certain ‘delay’ in the graphics. The picture is distorted for half a second or so. It’s like being drunk and you shake your head. Sorry, I find it difficult to explain what I see. It is happening on all the planes, but not all the time. Lowering the settings does not have any effect.

Does anyone know what is happening and how to solve this?

That is screen tearing caused by unsynchronized image build. Turn on Vsync in your settings and select 30 or 60 fps. This should solve your problem.

Probably Motion Blur. It gets turned on for every preset. Just turn it off completely.
