I have the deluxe Version , but i only have 19 planes.
In the core content Manager it’s stating : core content mandatory pack … relaunch the game to update ;… but after the 30e time i give up 
Also i can’t check the button in front of it.
Just an FYI - That Update in content manager is nothing - bug or future place holder, but if its like 79.8 GB it is not an upgrade.
Not sure why you dont have the full 25planes though.
I wouldn’t discount an 80GB patch tbh. It could very well be that large if they are updating large repositories that are in a package file. Look at warzone. Every patch is 40+ GB. It took CIG several years to get the delta patcher to work correctly and it’s a godsend. Now they can update individual files in those large container files no problem.
