Denarq Twin Beech - Beech 18 improvements mod for MSFS 2020 and 2024 - (New update Aug2025)

This mod is truly fantastic!

Yet, i have problems in saved state, isn’t working. Tried all, deleting cfg file, flick battery a lot of times, nothing. Msfs create the cfg file at start but not at the end of fly. Another weird problem is that sometimes in descent i lose engines, everything Is in good shape, pumps on. After crash landing no way of restarting engines but no damage on FLO

It’s a known bug introduced in SU4 with all aircraft that do state saving. I forget the exact way to get it to work, but, it’s mentioned all over the forum, very likely a few posts above here…

There’s a bug in SU4, state saving only works if after ending a flight you start another one and end it. As for losing the engines on descent, my guess would be carb icing, which you can counter using manifold heat.

Just landed at LOWI coming from Salzburg doing the LOC DME East approach. Again and again this mod (I’m on 2024 now) is a blast to fly.

I found that in 2024 the input events for the fuel quantity switch are not working any more. But there is an Lvar called FuelQtyMode. Setting it to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 will do the job.

I tried to use this livery from .to

but it doesn’t work

I’m not into liveries much so this is the first time I use a livery for 2024 made by someone else than the original dev. As explained in the readme I copied the relevant folder to my community folder, but the livery desn’t show up.

What am I missing here? I’m on 2024. By the way, I used (another) livery from .to for the Twinbeech in 2020, that worked flawlessly.
