Dep/Arr ATC altitudes to cruise or approach all at once

Brief description of the issue:

For AI that are either departing or arriving, ATC will give all of their climb and descent altitudes in succession. Example, “AAL1001 climbing 9,000. ATC: AAL1001 climb FL 190. AAL1001 climb FL270. AAL1001 climb FL 370.” Same for descents. Also applies for speed restrictions. Example, “ATC: AAL1001 do not exceed 250 knots, 240 knows, 210 knots.”

Listen to a center controller or an approach controller and they will instruct AI all the way to cruise or approach altitude without waiting for the AI to get to the previously assigned altitude.
