I did extensive VR flying in Morocco today. One observation - not sure it is a bug:
When I switch from cockpit view (VR) to drone view and then back to VR cockpit view, my seat was occupied by the virtual 3D pilot. I did not find a way to make him go away (and I could not bring myself to push him out at 20.000 feet )
Am I missing something or is there something wrong with the code?
Else, I repeat myself: a wonderful plane! And not even sooo difficult to land, if I apply the speeds and thrust settings the manual recommendsā¦
Can be a spatialization of the sound when you turn your head for example. I turned up the volume, which I find a little low for me. It doesnāt vibrate enough for me.
But this is not a review just a lead for it to be even better. I find it more lively in the P3D version. Maybe my own settings
after critical aoa when ac go uncontrollable till you get her to normal flight pilotās head jumping thru cabin back and forth, please fix it, lets stop pilot becoming a ghost and walk thru walls
I purchased this and itās a joy. No, I canāt fly it āproperlyā yet and havenāt really gone through the manual. But thatās the cool part - I get to explore it when I have time and learn how to do it right. This is ALWAYS the kind of stuff I will purchase - the stuff that requires you to put in the work. I am not there yet - the one flight I had resulted in a stall on landing and a crash, but this is why itās so good - you NEED to read about how to operate it properly. The aircraft is stunning. Little stubby-winged beauty and a bit of a death-trap, but SO well-done. I hope to EARN my way to flying it well soon.
I am with you here. A great part of the fun is to explore the manual, go slowly to understand how the machine ticks, do trial flights. The same with 104 as the Gina, the āMilviz Porter etc. A good simcraft and and its manual are a winning combo.
Hi everyone, do any of you know if thereās a way to permanantly keep the wing tanks on? I donāt read very well (or at least havenāt taken the time yet to read the manual, lol!) and every time I crash this thing I have to re-open the lady.exe and reset it again. Still I love a good challenge and this one is it!
Yeah, I was hesitant to buy this as some ppl wrote itās so hard to land etc. and Iām not exactly best jet pilot out there. But itās not that hard at all I would say. Just keep an eye on RPM and speed on landing, maintain good attitude and clever use of speedbrakes. It is very enjoyable aircraft. Hope it will get some sort of ingame tablet to setup tanks etc. like some other 3rd party aircraft.
@PaternalSmile51 Hey Mario, any chance of seeing the autopilot module, or possibly an ILS capability in a future release? The autopilot I the P3D F104G was basic, but very handy. ILS would add a new element of sophistication. I went back to the P3D version yesterday and was amazed at just how much better this aircraft looks in MSFS! Great job!
Anyway,back to business.
Except for the flight dynamics and engine envelope, that has been deeply changed and refined,we made some upgrades concerning visuals, like a proper pilots re-scaling (they were a bit small) a reworking of external lights and effects (we are making some tests to add smoke).
We also decided as I wrote some messages ago to add some liveries, there will be 4 more, and a complete paintkit.
Here attached the new pilots look.
Stay tuned!
We did think about taking those Guys out for a Burger or 2 to Beef them up a bit. Perhaps you could set them to work on Pumping up the Gina front tyre. That will put some muscle on them.
Joking aside,⦠This is another superb piece of Work. Thanks !
how to fill full internal tanks, in the lady i can fill only half - 4434 or something like that, msfs fuel manager show is 50% and on the gauge of internal tanks i see 50% same 4434 or about this⦠may i add 100% in msfs fuel load manager?
TF internal cells can contain up to 4400±150 lbs, forget about msfs fuel manager, It shows always the percentage of the entire fuel and let you to load fuel on external tanks even if they areānt loaded.
Unfortunately Asobo did not think about airplanes that:
