Devils Tower photo op "sunrise in your back" not working?

Stupid question, but I can’t get the third tick “sunrise in your back” to unlock when trying the Devils Tower photo op in the rocks section. Tried setting the time of day to just the sun peeking and lining up my plane but no cigar?

Also the hitbox of the rock itself seems broken and you get reset for flying close it’s pretty frustrating.

Anyone got it to unlock and could share their pic?

I haven’t tried this yet, but I interpret the instruction to mean the sun is behind you, lighting up the tower in front of you. Maybe the picture you shared is not representative of the ones you’re attempting for that part of the challenge, but shouldn’t the camera be between the tower and the sun?
