Is anyone else using a Diagma Panel? I have not tried to set it up yet because of the whole lack of real multi monitor support, but I will when that gets resolved. A lot of button mapping that will be a real pain. Has anyone been able to set one up yet, and can share the mapping settings?
I have a Diagma Panel, judging by the fact that the company went out of business, i am not sure what the future holds.
What panel do you have? I have the 1805 with the 530 and 430. Its part of the reason i am going back to xplane. Too many glitches for me for now. I am a IFR simmer and prefer X plane and all its easy functionality and connectivity.
Yes, I believe it is the 1805. It has the 530 and 430, I know that. I had them do a custom size for my cockpit. You can see it here. Diagma
I have not bothered trying to set it up yet, I will probably wait until they give us true multi monitor support. Then it is going to be a long task of assigning each button.
I bought a used diagma panel over a year ago, it just the 6 pack version. Would you happen to have the drivers? windows recognized it as a buttonbox and I went thru the mapping of all the encoders and switches, but it is less than ideal. spinning the heading bug is litterally one click per degree, no acceleration. I can’t use the starter either since it only registers a single press of the start button, it doesn’t hold the input. I tried to reach out to them when their website was still up, but all I got was crickets on the phone and email addresses.
My computer is on loan to my cousin at the moment. I will check with him and see when I can get it back. I have not used the Simulator in about a year. Been working on getting an ultralight up and running.
The heading bug thing is still there, about one click per degree, they were supposed to fix that, but never did.
I think Diagma is out of business now, which is a shame, as they made a nice panel.
I will see if I can get those for you, but it probably will be a little while.
So it seems this product definitely isn’t sold any more…does anyone know of a similar product that I could buy? I’ve seen a bunch of home build cockpits but unfortunately I’m not great at all the wiring and tech so it would be great to find something that could be simpler to set up.
