In the first place, when FS2020 was Launched, all GA aircraft flew like RC very light planes, with no mass and no smooth changes between nose positions.
after a few updates, the only GA aircraft repaired are the Cessna 172, 152.
All other GA aircrafts and also marketplace aircraft include Carenado, just response to quickly to controls inputs. please try and see the difference in feeling between Cessna 152\172 rudder inputs and other GA aircraft.
C152\C172 behaves much more as in real life.
(there is no problem with big and heady aircrafts)
This is not a problem of sensitivity, this is an aerodynamic problem in the moment of inertia and rudder \ elevator stability and can be easily corrected using flight_model.cfg files but Asobo and other third party developers encrypt their files and do not allow users to fix uncorrected flight dynamic.
