Difference in FSUIPC and Navigraph SimLink?

Hi there, I am curious what the difference between the 2? Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

FSUIPC manages input devices, and Navigraph SimLink mirrors your location to the Navigraph charts service.

There is nothing similar about them except that they communicate with MSFS through the SimConnect API.
