Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
•This was also my first mission and I was dinged for not using running lights at night while it was daytime. I believe it could be tied to real time as it was evening, around 10PM PST, yet the mission took place during the day.

• I was not using any mods or custom addons, game is in it’s default state.
