Well, no update needed, I have a Clevo laptop with a desktop 9900K, 64Gb of ram and a 2080. Instantaneous ATC reply with previous version and now it’s lagging a lot.
About frame rate, I am running around 35fps on high, with HDR @ 5120 x 1440
are you saying that a clean reinstall of the sim will correct many of these bugs issues?
Yea the fix for persistent weather doesn’t seem to have worked. I still need to exit to desktop between flights to get the “Live” Weather to load. I hope the upcoming REX weather engine will be a big improvement over the default.

Have you been able to successfully engage the APPR mode to capture LOC and GS on the TBM? So far I have found it to be very hit and miss.
Main issue for me as I don’t fly Airliners is that I feel that the draw distance has got worse with the patch. Or maybe this is just a server issue. My download rate while in the SIM seems fine @ around 40 - 46 Mb\s. Any one else seen this??

Last night I also flied TBM for 7 trips, ILS mostly, some VORDME, 1 Visual approach.
No problem at all, don’t forget switching from [Alt Hold] > [Appr]. And you have to tune NAV1/2 freq for assigned Runway L/R. I mixed with Heading / Nav AP to make shorcuts among some silly approach routinre, catch GS once I see the signal crossing in.
Smooth on my side by situations above.
Now enjoying the broken Longitude with tricky 250kt speed limit take off & climb!

Between your flights, just have a quick look on the weather screen, before you start your second flight.

I truly wonder what this giant WASTE ! Of space patch is doing? I use to have the 787 and the airbus (semi flyable) working before this patch . NOW!!! I have no working airplanes! Look at these Facebook comments! The patch is a joke it made the sim worse! Not even turbo props work it’s DISGUSTING!! AND WE ALL PAID MONEY!

With respect, speak for yourself, not for me and if you have some empirical data to support this statement, please share it. I would be really interested to know exactly what percentage users have experienced “no problems at all.”

to be honest. i dont think this is true.
i was ok with the sim status before the patch. now im not.

To be honest I expected this disaster. Users simply improve the aircraft models, adjust the trees and the LOD with tools, write around in the codes of the instruments, add new aircraft textures, edit FSX aircraft imported into the config. In short, FS2020 is edited broken by the users. I did not change anything on FS2020 and I have no problems. On the contrary, FS2020 looks the same as before and the frames have improved between 10-20 FpS for every aircraft. My CH-Hotas still works great. I have no black displays in the cockpit. I am very satisfied. Good work Asosbo.

Have you tried the stock A320?. I mean without any addons?. Can you taxi without APU being on?. Also did you try a long haul flight on boeing 787?. Did you do an active pause on an approach, wait for few minutes and then unpause it?. Where are the sensitivity controls?. See, this is exactly the problem with asobo also. Just focusing on only few things. Look the weather is working!. Look more FPS!. Okay i can fly my cessna. Alright i have no issues release it!. Not thinking about so many people who use this sim differently. I am happy that you are satisfied, but will you be satisfied if asobo removed all the GA aircrafts and left you with a broken A320? or a 787 that gives you 7fps suddenly from 40 FPS especially while on an approach?. That is how we feel after this patch. BTW i have no addons/mods installed, and have not experienced a single CTD/FPS Issue since from the day one from by beta testing. Now it is completely broken for me.

No, I usually only fly small planes. I did not claim that the A320 has no problems. You’re just making that up in your imagination. If your beloved A320 doesn’t work, fly something else until the next patch and don’t cry here.

No disrespect meant , and you’re entitled to your opinions :
- Patches are / will be released at least once a month , to help correct / correct issues with the game ( this info taken from their recent road map ) .
These patches , are all to common in most / all games released nowadays . Be they right or wrong , it’s a current fact of life .

See this is the problem, why are you guys are not understanding?. People fly as per their OWN ways!. Just because you are happy with what you do (Flying GA’s). Please do not expect everyone to be doing the same thing. And i am not crying here, just trying to make sense to you people, to think about others before trying to justify what asobo has done!. Please do not be selfish!. Respect others feelings as well!. And yes my beloved A320 is broken just like how beloved is the GA aircrafts is to you!.
