My antivirus Kaspersky is shutting down flightsimulator.exe. It thinks
it is a virus. Had to add exclusion.

Since the update I have the ATC text displayed on the screen … How to remove this display (which is useless).

I got that in London as well. Seems like a bomb went off. Very apocalyptic!

That’s just the photogrammetry still loading. Fly a couple of circles and check again. That solved it for me.

Pretty sure the library regenerates after every restart, so yeah you should be able to just shut the sim down, rename your community folder, and try again.

The update process is as convoluted and random as always:

knowing that there should be a store update I checked the Microsoft Store: no update to be seen.
I launch the sim, it checks for updates, finds a 17+GB update (with patch notes from the previous update) and installs it.
I leave the sim and check the Microsoft store again: no update to be seen, even after logging out and back into the store and rebooting the system.
I start the sim again and now it tells me that there is a mandatory update in the store that needs to be downloaded. I get redirected to the store and indeed, now there is an 1GB+ update that gets downloaded.
I start the sim again and now it finds another 5GB+ update, with the proper release notes this time.
And of course, after that there are still updates to be downloaded in the Content Manager (173MB) manually.
Finally the World Update (5GB+) has to be downloaded from the Marketplace.

Easy, peasy.

The installer just CTD after plugging in my headset. I thought this was fixed ages ago?

I’m still downloading the update, but it’s not listed in the release notes.

Still no realistic flight dynamics. Planes still not responding very realistic. When will they ever update the flight physics and flight dynamics?

Hmm. Started a few flight from LFKL to LFHM and added the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviere and Parc Olympique Lyonnais POIs as waypoints on the flight planner but when I’m all set up the G1000 in the G36 has skipped the first couple of waypoints in the flight plan.
