do you mean you had a CTD while running MSFS under safe mode?
So by 200 LODs, I mean the terrain and object LOD sliders set to 200. This was to be clear that I’m not using a modded config file where you can set these LODS much higher.
The new off screen cache setting is unrelated to what I’m showing in this screen shot - this is demonstrating the extended photogrammetry visibility.
For transparency, I’ve got that new setting set at ULTRA and seeing zero performance hit

And do not forget the content manager. All WU’s received an update, including DeLuxe and Premium content

I’m able to load up the sim without any update message. No update found in the store, tried every single step listed, no luck.
American imports to Germany. You know Americans like their trucks to be big.

I’m not having a good time installing the world updates in content manager, they crashed my PC with a PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA, trying to get passed the checking for updates screen is a bit tricky at the moment, even in safe mode.

I got the update about 11:05 local time.
500 MB Windows store download.
2.7 GB update on startup.
5.0 GB Update to existing content.
5.1 GB Download of WU6 content.
A320 at KJFK 25-45 FPS, Main Thread Limited
C152 at KAGC 45-60 FPS, GPU Limited
LOD at pre SU5 levels, no pop-in, virtually no stutters.

What the hell - followed the Microsoft Store work arounds - no go - reinstalling the sim AGAIN

Dear Asobo – for the first time since alpha and launch, I see a rendered NYC skyline from KJFK (yes, I am using the NYC Skyline payware, but it wouldn’t really be rendered fully from JFK pre WU6). This is with the off-screen terrain caching setting on ULTRA.

I see the topic : Update Message Received - Nothing in MS Store was CLOSED
Why was that closed. I am experiencing the same issue with todays update. There is no download for MSFS to be had although when we start the sim we are told to download the update from the store.

I have the same problem , MSFS tells me update needed in store , but there is no update in the store
Same here - starting FS2020 → mandatory update in MS Store → in MS Store no update for Flight Simulator avilable.

Installing the Xbox app from the MS Store worked for me. If you have it installed, log out then log in and try again.
Same here in Germany.
Edit: The XBox-App didn’t find the update. But after trying the recommended procedure (logout in MS Store, reboot, login) and going to installed apps - MSFS, the update download started. Now updating content.
Please load the “X-Box App”. Then try again, it worked for me.

Installing and launching the Xbox app made MSFS appear in the MS app store.
