It is actually about the flickering clouds, you can see a demonstration of the issue in this thread. The second poster confused this with the colour grading issue that happens with FXAA and DLAA. Your GTX 970M is utilising the Maxwell 2.0 architecture, which means you are not affected by the flashing cloud issue.
